We collaborate with a variety of skilled suppliers worldwide to bring you a diverse selection of high-quality items.

We do understand the skepticism when it comes to startup brands such as ourselves, and that is where we take great pride in our rigorous supplier selection process. Before partnering with a supplier, we conduct thorough checks from samples sent to confirm that their materials and methods align with our high-quality benchmarks. Our products are crafted with care and precision, ensuring that when you shop with us, you’re choosing quality that lasts.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted. PayPal and Apple Pay are accepted as well.

Typically, our products are securely packaged in cushioned envelope bags filled with air bubbles to ensure protection during transit. For certain specialty items, we opt for sturdy paper boxes or corrugated cartons to provide additional safety and support.

Generally, a tracking number is issued within two business days following the completion of payment. Tracking information is updated within 3 days of order completion. If there’s no update after this period, it’s likely due to a processing delay at the postal service, and we recommend allowing an additional 2 days for the information to appear. Furthermore, items in high demand may temporarily go out of stock. Rest assured, they are usually restocked within 2-3 days, at which point the tracking information will be promptly updated.

The shipping times and costs for each order can vary widely based on several factors such as the location of the supplier, the destination of the shipment, and the weight and size of the products. We always try to keep the shipping costs to a minimum to further enhance the buying experience of each customer. Typical shipping times for orders are within 7-12 business days after shipment has left the warehouse.

We are currently focusing our services exclusively within North America due to the high costs associated with international shipping. By streamlining our shipping process regionally, we aim to provide our North American customers with the best possible service and product offerings. We understand the global demand for our products and are actively exploring solutions to make international shipping feasible and affordable in the future. We appreciate your interest and ask for your understanding as we work towards expanding our delivery options.

Before completing your payment, you have the flexibility to make changes to your order. Should you need to modify your selection, please do so prior to finalizing payment to ensure that your order reflects your current choices.

Once your payment has been processed, we are unable to directly alter the order due to the speed of our fulfillment process. However, if you require changes after this point, you will need to file a dispute. Our customer service team is readily available to guide you through this process and address any concerns you may have.

Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns beyond this period will not be accepted. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original condition. Damaged or altered items cannot be returned. Certain items like underwear, swimwear, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene and promotional reasons.

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at info@tresbeautique.com. Provide your order number and reason for return. You will receive return instructions and a return shipping label via email. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, or the wrong item was received. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

If your dispute is approved, we will process your refund promptly.

We recommend advising your customer to contact their local postal office for information on the package’s status. In the event the postal office confirms that the package has been delivered and there are still issues, your customer has the option to request an investigation through their website.
