Before partnering with a supplier, we conduct thorough checks from samples sent to confirm that their materials and methods align with our high-quality benchmarks. Typically, our products are securely packaged in cushioned envelope bags filled with air bubbles to ensure protection during transit. For certain specialty items, we opt for sturdy paper boxes or corrugated cartons to provide additional safety and support.
Generally, a tracking number is issued within two business days following the completion of payment. Tracking information is updated within 3 days of order completion. If there’s no update after this period, it’s likely due to a processing delay at the postal service, and we recommend allowing an additional 2 days for the information to appear. Furthermore, items in high demand may temporarily go out of stock. Rest assured, they are usually restocked within 2-3 days, at which point the tracking information will be promptly updated.
The shipping times and costs for each order can vary widely based on several factors such as the location of the supplier, the destination of the shipment, and the weight and size of the products. Typical shipping times for orders are within 7-12 business days after shipment has left the warehouse.
We are currently focusing our services exclusively within North America due to the high costs associated with international shipping. Once your payment has been processed, we are unable to directly alter the order due to the speed of our fulfillment process. However, if you require changes after this point, you will need to file a dispute. Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns beyond this period will not be accepted. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original condition. Damaged or altered items cannot be returned. Certain items like underwear, swimwear, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene and promotional reasons.
